Preventive Maintenance / Comfort Club

With regular maintenance our Comfort Club members will prevent small problems from becoming big problems and ensure optimal performance of their comfort system. We offer these annual agreements which include a twice a year multi-point Performance Tune-Up.

Comfort Club Members performing regular maintenance will:

  • Extend the life of their equipment
  • Save money on utility bills through improved operating efficiency
  • Reduce repairs
  • Provide a more comfortable indoor environment
  • Receive 10% discount on repairs
  • Pay no "Overtime Charges"
  • Receive Priority Service
  • Receive Automatic reminder of next service

What we do during a Performance Tune-Up:

Twice A Year

  • Check electrical connections
  • Check safety controls
  • Check thermostat calibration
  • Check fan blade tightness
  • Lubricate fan motor
  • Measure amp draw
  • Check for proper operation
  • Remove debris from condenser

For Summer

  • Clean condenser coil
  • Check evaporator coil
  • Check "Start" and "Run" capacitors
  • Check "Start" and "Run" relays
  • Check refrigerant level
  • Check condensate drain

For Winter

Gas Furnace

  • Check Burners
  • Check for proper venting
  • Check manifold pressure
  • Check safety controls
  • Check heat exchanger / chamber

Heat Pump

  • Check defrost operation
  • Check reversing valve
  • Check electric auxillary heat
  • Check evaporator coil & condenser coil
  • Check refrigerant level
